UDesign's shop works by appointment only. Tell us why you'd like to come by and when it would suit you. We'll get back to you to set the time.

Can I drop by without an appointment?

No. The shop is also a production space, so UDesign receives visitors by appointment only.

Do I need an appointment to pick up an order?

Yes. Choose "Order pickup" and add your invoice number in the note.

I'm outside Sherbrooke. What do I do?

Choose "Phone or video call". UDesign works with clients across Quebec and Canada.

Does my request confirm the appointment?

Not yet. Your dates are preferences. UDesign gets back to you to set the time, ideally by the next business day.

What are the shop's hours?

Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., by appointment only.
