Orders feature a standard 2-week production turnaround post-payment when decorated with embroidery or DTF. There is no minimum order for decorated clothing; embroidered headwear, such as caps, is excluded from this no-minimum policy. UDesign offers tiered volume pricing.
Rush production can be requested at a premium price and is subject to quote approval; some complex projects cannot be rushed. A digitizing setup fee applies for new embroidery logos.
Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST/QST). Production begins once payment is received and processed. Orders under $1,000 CAD require full payment, and orders of $1,000 CAD or more require a 50% deposit. Interac e-Transfer, Bank Transfer, and cash are accepted, along with credit card for amounts up to $499.99 CAD. Once production has started, custom items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
