Rush production may be requested at a premium price, subject to quote approval, and is not available for every project.
Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST/QST). Production begins once payment is received and processed. Orders under $1,000 CAD require full payment, and orders of $1,000 CAD or more require a 50% deposit. Interac e-Transfer, Bank Transfer, and cash are accepted, along with credit card for amounts up to $499.99 CAD. Once production has started, custom items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
